Welcome to Niro Cozy Room, an inviting apartment situated on the first floor. This delightful 27 sqm space is designed to create a serene ambiance, perfect for up to three people to relax and enjoy their time. With its open plan layout, the apartment provides ample room for unwinding and features a comfortable sofa bed, a 43-inch TV, a hob, and a small fridge in the  kitchen. It’s the ideal choice for a carefree vacation where you can truly unwind.

We kindly inform our guests that our apartments do not offer cribs or baby coats. However, we warmly welcome families with older children who can comfortably use the existing beds provided for a pleasant stay.

The thoughtful design of the space ensures that there is enough counter space for a group of three people, allowing them to savor their meals together with ease and comfort. You’ll find a well-equipped bathroom with a shower and all the necessary amenities, ready to cater to your needs and provide a refreshing experience.

When it comes to a restful night’s sleep, the studio offers a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe to store your belongings, blackout curtains for a peaceful ambiance, and a window and balcony door that provide a lovely sea view. This room creates an ideal atmosphere for relaxation, allowing you to unwind and recharge.

Unwind on your private balcony, a peaceful haven overlooking Stalida’s vibrant main street. Additionally, there is a shared balcony available that offers breathtaking views of the sea. Whether you want to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening, these balconies provide the perfect setting.
